The AIML Platform is a complete end-to-end toolchain used by Apple teams to train, evaluate, manage and deploy AI and Machine learning models.

Security Ops Startup

Freelance Product Designer

This stealth-mode startup set out apply ML and AI models to solve some of the hardest challenges facing IT security professionals. Their technology analyzed historical traffic on mission critical networks to train ML/AI models. Then, these models would be deployed to detect network vulnerabilities in real-time. I spent 4 months designing and implementing a complex, responsive design system and information visualization language.

Powerful Automated Insights Experience

I delivered a high business impact customer experience that harnessed machine learning models to automatically tag and label customer research session video. I worked closely with data science, engineering and research teams to craft experiences powered by a sophisticated proprietary and opensource ML and AI models. These models were trained on massive, anonymized user research datasets, allowing us to truly understand context and gain insight into user intent and sentiment. Some things the models could tag the customer video with:

• Common customer behaviors
• Customer intent
• Identify customer sentiment/emotional state
• Flag customer frustration/struggle
• Detect task success and failure
